Today I had an appointment for my annual maintenance with Lee Air.

I had an investment property that was about to close and the buyer had some questions regarding the new HVAC system and was being given incorrect information by their inspector regarding it. No other companies that I phoned could even get to the property that day, let alone go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction! We have used Lee Air Conditioners, Inc. for all of our air conditioning needs for the past ten years. They reviewed the requirements for each house that was having a unit replaced. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received today. My AC went out late this afternoon and I called your emergency service, not really expecting that someone could come tonight. But Colten came out this evening and quickly diagnosed the problem. After giving me an estimate and getting my OK, he was able to fix the problem tonight. I was thrilled that he had everything he needed for the repair with him and that my AC was working again. Not only was I impressed that you sent someone out after business hours, I was very impressed with Colten. He was courteous, knowledgeable and cheerful despite the late hour. I just want to tell you how impressed I was with your technical service representative, Anthony (don’t know his last name)who got our heat working yesterday when we needed it. He could have easily sold me a part, but it turned out he managed to get the blower working as part of our regular pre-paid maintenance service without any additional charges. His honesty about the work he actually performed was a breath of fresh air. On top of that, Anthony is everything else a customer might want in a service tech, clean, courteous, competent and likable. He told me he has recently come back to Lee Air after working closer to home for several years. That he is willing to commute 45 minutes each way, every day, to be part of your company says something good about your organization.
Actually, I could have said the same things about all the service people who have serviced our systems for the past 25 years.
