Lee Air Conditioning just replaced my 15 year old R22 based HVAC system (A/C with hot water heat) with a new ADP air handler and a Carrier outdoor unit. The quality of the work was exceptional, much better than the system they replaced. The three techs were meticulous; making everything look so neat and professional. Lee HVAC came to check the AC after visits from"Air Experts" with no results.  Gary evaluated the situation and found that the main cold are duct to the plenum that distributes the air to the down stairs vents had been dislodged and was pumping cold air into the crawl which was creating negative pressure in the house.  He fixed this and then rehung the main cold air duct up off the ground as well as the main return duct, both of which had broken straps on them.  Highly recommend. We chose Lee Air Conditioning to replace our air conditioner on our heat pump because of a very long working relationship with this local company. We had our first heat pump installed by them in I think, 1977 and that was replaced in 2007 by Lee Air. Jeremy was our technician today and I can’t even describe how wonderful and thorough he was. He not only fixed the issue but took his time to look at the entire unit and clean areas that desperately needed attention. Would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone. I am a longtime customer with Lee Air and have had a terrific experience over those 10+ years. The techs are always extremely professional and seem to genuinely care to take the time to get things right. Our tech over recent years has been Jeremy and in addition to his being an extremely nice guy, I also really feel like I can trust his assessment of our system and I appreciate how he takes the time to explain to me things that are outside of my area of expertise. The office staff is also very friendly and contacting Lee Air and scheduling service has always been easy and prompt without exception.
