In a new building, Lee can help you create an ideal, energy efficient system from the ground up. Our pre-construction team consulting engineers can analyze HVAC options and provide competitive cost quotes. They will consult with construction management to ensure that your project turns out as well in the real world as it did on paper. Lee Air even has its own insulation department, Allied Insulation, to ensure that quality insulation protects the integrity of our heating and cooling systems.  And when a building is finished, we’ll provide project commissioning and owners’ training. 

Lee Air is fully in control when it comes to controls, too. After working on research laboratories, telecom centers, churches and more, we have the expertise to install building automation systems that manage HVAC, lights and security via PC. After the job is complete, we can monitor your building 24 hours a day to keep an eye on energy management, alarms, temperature set points and schedules and respond to system failures. We can monitor your system or, if you prefer, train your personnel to do it.
